What we collect
We collect the information needed to run the hunt board: username, display name, email for username login, wallet address for wallet login, profile image, public notes, settings, reports, votes, and evidence you add.

This explains what Rughunters stores, what becomes public, and how we handle private data that does not belong in a hunt.
We collect the information needed to run the hunt board: username, display name, email for username login, wallet address for wallet login, profile image, public notes, settings, reports, votes, and evidence you add.
Hunts, evidence links, notes, votes, case status, rug scores, and exposed rug records may be public. Do not post private information, private keys, seed phrases, or claims you cannot back up.
We monitor the platform 24/7 for personal data in open hunts and non-confirmed rugs, including street addresses, private phone numbers, private email addresses, identity documents, doxxing, and similar information. We may hide, redact, or remove it.
We use necessary cookies for login state and security, plus local storage for consent and preference settings. We do not need tracking cookies to make the app work.
Supabase stores account, auth, database, and upload data. Resend sends platform email. Wallet adapters help connect wallets. External links like explorers, Dexscreener, and X are handled by those services when you open them.
We use server-only secrets, HTTPS in production, security headers, rate limits, and moderation tools to protect the platform. No web app can be risk-free, so report suspicious behavior fast.
You can edit your profile, disconnect your wallet session, or ask us to review account or moderation data. Public evidence may remain if it is needed for a confirmed public record, but private data can be redacted.
